I spent all of September deepening my understanding of yoga in gorgeous Fiji. Staying at Daku Resort in Savusavu, it wasn’t your usual holiday. Instead of exploring the island or sailing from one to another, I spent my days meditating, practising yoga sequences and chanting with a whole bunch of amazing girls. It was an amazing experience. Very removed from my world in Sydney.
Of course, I also found time to swim, kayak, dive, skydive and start running again – but more about that in another post. Today. I’d like to share the first Pilates video I shot in paradise with you. It’s called Leg Alert, as I did it towards the end of my stay when I’d just started running again after a 6 month injury-induced absence and I needed a routine to lengthen, balance and mobilise my legs and hips.
