Here at Body, Mind & Sol, I like to tailor your workout to your body and needs. As a certified
instructor with a background in other sports, I love integrating Pilates into a general exercise routine and matching what you want – from injury recovery over greater agility to improved core strength.. or just plain fun.
Pilates is a fantastic tool to help you feel good in your body. And that’s regardless of your ability or age. To spice things up , I like to offer my clients much more than “just” Pilates – adding in a cardio workout – think running, trampolines and skipping ropes -, stress relief - both through calming meditation or energising boxing exercises – and the integration of the latest tools to help you gain greater core strength and control over your movements. It’s anything but boring, helps heighten your mind body connection and motivation and guaranteed balance you out and hit the spot.
There’s also the option for ongoing support in the form of take home exercises, recommended reading (and watching) materials to keep you going and increase your understanding and body awareness, so you can progress at your own pace and without the need for a daily personal trainer!
Choose whether you prefer a supercharged workout or a body and mind session. We can take it outdoors, have your friends join in or put on a weekly class – you tell me your needs and I’ll tailor a programme towards them. Pilates is about your body. Let’s work on it together.
